Hamburg's Startup Unit takes you to Slush - Europe's most founder-focused conference
Slush is the most significant international networking event for tech startups and scaleups, taking place in Helsinki from 19 to 20 November 2025. The conference is designed to connect startups with investors, media, and policymakers, and features several stages for inspiring presentations and discussions.
This year, we are proud to support four Hamburg startups, providing them with the opportunity to experience Slush firsthand and take their businesses to the next level. Startups interested in joining us on a trip to Helsinki for Slush are encouraged to apply.
Our program offers a unique opportunity to connect with international investors, media attention, mentors, and new ideas.
Benefits include a conference ticket for one person per startup, travel support of up to €500, and participation at the German 'Startup-Champs Germany' joint booth.

Your company must have its headquarters in Hamburg (as evidenced by a commercial register entry), be no more than 10 years old, and have meaningful proof of a strong product-market fit for your own product to be eligible. The text conveys a strong entrepreneurial interest in participating in SLUSH 2025.
The participants will confidently book and organize their trip to SLUSH 2025.
The Startup Unit, a department of Hamburg Invest funded by the Ministry of Economics and Innovation, will provide expert assistance with matchmaking before and during the event.
Selected startups will be notified by email no later than Friday, 30 May.
