Application for Gitex 2026 |
Startup City Hamburg takes you to GITEX - the world’s largest tech ecosystem event
GITEX Europe is one of Europe’s leading international technology and innovation events and will take place in Berlin on 30 June and 1 July 2026. The conference brings together tech startups and scaleups with investors, corporates, media, and policymakers and features multiple stages for high‑level pitches, keynotes, and panel discussions.
This year, we are pleased to support five Hamburg-based startups, offering them the opportunity to present their solutions to an international professional audience at GITEX Europe 2026. Startups interested in joining us in Berlin are invited to apply.
The program provides access to international investors, increased visibility, valuable networking opportunities, and targeted matchmaking. Benefits include a conference ticket for one startup representative, a cooperation contribution of €500, and participation in the German joint presence as part of “Startup‑Champs Germany.”
Eligible startups must be headquartered in Hamburg (commercial register entry required), be no more than 10 years old, and demonstrate a clear product‑market fit. Travel and accommodation are to be booked and organized independently by the participants.
Startup City Hamburg, a project of IFB Innovationsstarter GmbH funded by the Hamburg Ministry for Economic Affairs and Innovation, supports the selected startups with matchmaking before and during the event. Selected startups will be notified by email by 20 May 2026.
Application deadline: 17 May 2026.
Good luck!
