"Of course, I want to lose all the weight and keep it off forever!" you may think.
What may appear to be the most obvious thing is often not so clear-cut when you delve deeper. Frequently, our subconscious mind undermines our efforts to lose weight. There can be various reasons for self-sabotage, as most of us possess subconscious patterns that hinder us on a daily basis.
The purpose of this survey is to identify individuals who qualify for one of my 10 free one-on-one consultations. I'm seeking those who are highly determined and prepared to achieve their ideal weight permanently, regardless of the obstacles they may encounter.
