Emotional Needs at Work

Emotionally there are some basic things that need to be in place to allow people to thrive.  Many people spend a lot of time at work, so how are our basic emotional needs being met during that time?

It follows from Human Givens theory that if a human being is getting all of their emotional needs met (in addition to their physical needs) they will flourish and will move in the direction of achieving their full potential.  When an individuals needs are not in balance the result may be stress or demotivation.  This survey is to find out how our emotional needs are being met at work and to get feedback on how organisations could better meet these needs.
