This questionnaire was developed in order to be sent to and answered by owners, developers, builders, project managers, engineers, architects, trader, suppliers etc. of the three CommONEnergy Demo Cases (as part of the European Union 7th Framework Programme).
In order to identify the status quo situation of the daily problem management (‘fire fighting’) while making transparent the obstacles and hindrances / bottlenecks (resources, logistics: information & material flow, delays / waiting time / quality issues / rework / cost overruns) we are aiming to develop a handy tool for project management for the sake of the smooth and stable project processes.
