In this survey the SUITABLY MOUNTED GROUP and FEIF would like to ask the views of equestrians on what factors should be considered when matching riders and horses.
When completing this survey we want you to consider each of the factors in isolation. For example, where it asks about horse age, we want you to consider this ON IT'S OWN and not to start thinking about other factors such as health, back strength, rider height, etc. We will aim to look at scenarios where lots of factors may need to be considered in future research, but this is outside the scope of the current survey.
Please note that all information which is collected about you during the course of the research will be kept securely. The survey is anonymous and collects no identifiable personal data about you, so that you cannot be recognised from it.
The survey is anonymous, consists of 14 questions, is open to any equestrians over 18 and should take around 10 minutes to complete. The survey has ethical approval from Hartpury University Ethics Committee No. ETHICS2023-20. By clicking "Next" below you consent to taking part in this survey.
Thank you for taking part in this survey. The results will be made available in the public domain.
